I offer private and group instruction in the Simple Easy Every Day (SEED) Meditation method.
All initial classes include:
An Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness
The Benefits of Meditation
The Basic Principles of Meditation
The Five Essentials of Meditation
Daily Practices for Meditation and Mindfulness
A Guided Breath and Body Awareness Meditation
Classes are offered in person or via Skype. Subsequent classes build upon the information provided in the initial class and incorporate additional forms of meditation (e.g., lovingkindness, gratitude, self-inquiry, etc.). Classes can be purchased online. If you have questions or would like further information, please feel free to book a discovery call with me.
Private sessions are uniquely tailored for each participant, while group sessions follow a more standardize format. All classes include time for discussion and questions. For new meditators, an Introductory Session (90 minutes) is required. Additional sessions are 60 minutes. To build a regular practice, 4-6 sessions are recommended.
